Instruction in Nordic Pole Walking

CARP NS offers NPW free courses to Beginners, taught by certified NPW instructors. Check the date and location of our next course on our Events page. When registering, be sure to tell us if you need a pair of 'loaner' poles - we have limited quantities. Otherwise, bring your own poles, or tell us if you would like us to reserves a pair of Nordixx poles for you at the course (costs & details below).
